Tom Clancys Splinter Cell Chaos Theory Game is a video game in the genre of stealth-action, the third part of the video game series Splinter Cell, developed by the Canadian Studio Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft for the platforms: Xbox, Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 2 and Nintendo GameCube.
